If you are not 100% satisfied with the products purchased from our online shop, you can return them free of charge within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery and we will refund the value of the returned products, excluding the delivery cost originally paid, within 1-5 working days.

Right of withdrawal

1.1. In accordance with the legislation in force, O.U.G. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without having to justify your decision.
1.2. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the product ordered by you.
1.3. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by one of the following methods: by e-mail at contact@raizel.ro, by telephone at +40753016999 or via the contact form available on the website, of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
1.4. The costs of returning the products are supported by Raizel.ro .

** Returns are free of charge only if the products are sent with the courier company we work with (Sameday). If you wish to send the return parcel by another courier company, the costs will be supported by you. In this case, the parcel should be sent to the address: Drumul Binelui, nr. 15-17, bl. 4, Parter, Sector 4, Bucuresti; Addressee: EM WEDPLAN SRL; Contact phone: +40753016999.

** Return is free only for the first order returned. For the second return request, the standard rate of 21 RON will apply.

Return conditions

2.1. The product(s) you wish to return must be in the original packaging together with the accessories/cards you originally received, without any physical changes, signs of wear or defects.

Refund process

3.1. Once we receive the returned products and check that they comply with the conditions mentioned, we will refund the value of the products, excluding the delivery cost originally paid.

3.2. The refund will be made to the bank account specified by you (for orders paid by cash on delivery) or to the bank account associated with the credit card with which payment was made (for orders paid by card), within 1-5 working days of receipt of the return parcel in our warehouse.

Information required for returns:

1. Reason for return (optional);
2. Name/code of the product you wish to return;
3. Specify the desired option for return:
   1. Courier pickup of the return package from the address in the order;
   2. Personal delivery of the parcel to the EASYBOX locker -> Fill in the return form at this link https://return.sameday.ro/raizel and use the generated PIN code to deliver the parcel to the desired EASYBOX locker;
4. Mention when you want the courier to pick up the return parcel (only if you have opted for pick-up from the address in the order);
5. The bank account to which you would like the returned product to be refunded (for orders paid by cash on delivery).

Once you have sent your return details (by email, contact form or by phone), please pack the product properly (preferably in the same packaging you received the product in) to avoid damage during transport and wait for the return parcel to be picked up by Sameday courier company or load the return parcel in the Easybox of your choice if you have chosen this method.

** It is not necessary to print and stick any labels on the parcel. The courier will take care of this when they collect the parcel from you or from the Easybox.
